Helping people explore their inner world, discover their truth, and access compassion for themselves and others is my passion. I am excited to work with you and support you in achieving your goals. As a second-career counselor, I bring valuable life experience and mature care to my work. My background as a scientist supports me in understanding and implementing evidence-based practices, while my experience as an educator and mentor helps me communicate in a clear and individualized way. My authenticity, experience with small group work, and established personal practices help me to create a safe and caring space in which you can be witnessed and validated.

The whole range of challenging human experiences—shame, overwhelm, ambivalence, emotional pain, feelings of emptiness, or whatever you are experiencing—is welcome.

Some experiences I work with are:

  • trauma

  • neurodivergence

  • heightened sensitivity

  • men’s issues

  • relationships

My style is:

  • person centered

  • compassion focused

  • trauma informed

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed

  • mindfulness oriented

I provide services as a pre-licensed professional counselor under the supervision of Emilee Duckworth, MSW, LCSW. (Pennsylvania/CW021187).
